Body fat - OMG!

I got a fancy new scale for Christmas that measures more than just your weight. To my amazement I've discovered that I am nearly 37% body fat! More than a third of my body is just blubber! I think a guy's body fat percentage should normally be around 25% so that makes me really, really fat!!!
