Sorry to all (both?) of you out there who enjoy the blog that there has been no new content in a while - I'm hoping to remedy that this week with a new video. (Thanks for the gentle encoursgement, Frank!) :-)In the meantime, enjoy this photo of another of my gaining heroes - SFGutMuscle. Probably the first of the great bellybuilders (and star of a documentary called Hard Fat that profiled the gaining community) - he ballooned up to nearly 500lbs I think. Now that's a big, beautiful belly I'd love to snuggle up with.
